At bauma 2025, the BAUER Maschinen Group showcased a portfolio of innovations, setting new benchmarks in specialist foundation engineering. The exhibit featured Bauer’s renowned rotary drilling rigs, diaphragm wall technology, and drilling tools, alongside advanced solutions from its subsidiaries KLEMM, RTG, and BAUER MAT. Eurodrill also returned with its own booth, presenting its latest drilling drives.
A key highlight was the introduction of the BCS 185 power pack cutter system, featuring a modular drive concept that enables flexible operation with both electric and diesel power options. Another standout was RTG Rammtechnik’s eRG 21 T hybrid piling rig. By combining a 430-kW diesel engine with an 88-kW electric motor, the machine achieves up to 68% lower CO₂ emissions.
KLEMM Bohrtechnik debuted its new KR 806-4E electrohydraulic drilling rig, an upgrade of the KR 806-3E. With enhanced motor power, expanded battery capacity, and optimized electric systems, it matches the performance of traditional diesel-hydraulic rigs while advancing eco-friendly operation.
In slurry handling, BAUER MAT presented the new CMS 50 colloidal mixer, offering a 10% larger mixing volume. Additionally, the fully automatic IPA 250-E injection system was unveiled, integrating MAT’s mixing expertise with Obermann pump technology to redefine standards in injection processes.
